Access Partnership Appoints Marcin Cichy as Senior Advisor for EMEA
Former Polish Regulator and UN Broadband Commissioner to Advise Access Partnership Clients on Market Access and Regulatory Matters in EMEA Markets

Cichy has over 15 years’ experience in the sector working for both industry and government. He has held numerous high level positions including President of the Office of Electronic Communications (UKE) - the Polish Regulatory Authority for telco and postal markets, member of the UN Broadband Commission for Sustainable Development, Vice-Chair of the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC), Vice-Chair of the European Regulators Group for Postal Service (ERGP), Chair of the Eastern Partnership Electronic Communications Regulators Network (EaPeReg), as well as the government representative in the UN Commission on Science and Technology for Development (CSTD) and the Intersputnik International Organisation of Space Communications.
